What does it mean when the text box doesn't raise high enough for the Submit Message or the SEND button to show? It may be my own computer- but it hasn't happened before. I'm trying to send a PM to katlaughing, as it happens, and I can't get it done.

At the moment, it appears that this one will go- maybe it's just SEND that isn't available to me?
