That should be:

Dave, If you'll look at the top of the page, you'll see a list box with the words "Quick
 Links" displayed.  Click the down arrow and you'll see a list of options the second of which is
 called "Reset Cookie."  Select that option and click the GO button to the right.  It will take
 you to a page where you can enter your Mudcat name--must be exactly as originally
 registered--and be prompted for your password.  Voila!  Your cookie will be reset.
