Wow, Ebb!! Ya must 'a found that missing Submit button, I guess!! Usually you need to notice there are two frames on your screen -- the message post box and the larger thread windows (the Netscape or IE window). Dragging down inside the message window will force it to scroll down, and scrolling down in the larger window moves the whole box up. One way or another you should be able to bring the bottom where the Submit and Clear Entries buttons are.
