I just checked with "HealthCanada" and it would appear that I'm actually 30-35 pounds over weight. I think they must be joking. Someone six feet tall SHOULD only weigh 178 pounds? That's ridiculous. I stepped on the scale and I'm tipping it at a sylph-like 215. Hell, Mick has a LEG that weighs more than that!
