We´ll free 150 per week, that´s enough for you. If you need more, use your checks (if you qualify for an account) or your card (if ya got one, ha!), someone will accept them. Don´t ask for your previous savings. Please wait on that line, outside."

I don´t understand very well, but this could be the basis for a new capitalism.

In the meantime, the International Monetary Fund recognizes that they are part of the problem, and promises an important monetary help as soon as Argentina prepares a "viable and sustainable" plan. PLEASE, IMF, keep out of Argentina. Your loans always go to the pockets of large corporations and local mafia, and you KNOW it very well because you are no stupid at all. That´s association with criminals.
