My husband is having a new "toy" made...Cornish pipes by Julian Goodacre. He already plays many other types of bagpipes but is a novice at these Cornish ones. Are there any Cornish bagpipe players in Southern California that can offer some advice? I don't recall the Los Angeles Basin being a hot spot for Cornish ceilidhs but perhaps I've somehow missed them.....
