Posted earlier on my first CD project - pretty much an amature venture, although friends & family members tell me that they like it. It was never intended to be much more than a "demo", but we do have a couple of original compositions in it which might be considered "Spiritual" in nature.
Thanx for the tips on MP-3; I've been wanting to do that in order to share some of the tracks with folks without having to pay postage to ship a CD. Have downloaded a couple of programs which might be able to do that, when & if I ever figure out how to use 'em.
Making the CD was, to a 19th Century kinda guy, a very enlightening experience, to say the least! Would love to try it again some time, when & if we can afford it - hopefully with some backup / collaborating Artists to give it depth, authenticity, and perhaps direction. Working as "backup" to a more experienced Musician or group would be great experience too, methinks... but no one is asking, and I'm not holding my breath!
Good luck on your project!
