To be honest, I'd thought that you had been using your own, 'made up' phonetic spellings in the way that certain authors do when they're attempting to write a dialect. I've always hated that.

In my ignorance, I wasn't aware that you'd be using a bona fide language. For that I apologise.

I thought the 'Online Scots Dictionary' was particularly interesting.

I'm curious to know how very modern terms are translated. For example, the dictionary translates 'internet links' as 'airtins' Is that just someones opinion, or a well understood term?
