Thanks for the reply. I won't feel so bad with my mumblings, knowing that I was at least close. Yeah, I suppose that the dragon started heathenish, but has rapidly declined with the onset of age (my own) and the slurring that accompanies the increasing amount of liquor involved for me to sing an entire song that has no chorus.

You have this on tape? May I inquire the name of the song, or the singer, or anything that you may happen to know of the piece. I've heard it only once, on an old Thistle and Shamrock program, but I was fortunate enough to find someone at Pinewoods that could sing (almost) all of the words into my tape recorder--he too was stumped on the "Mollygrubs" phrase.
