1. I will spend a considerable amount of time in the car, shuttling kids to various points on their respective agandae.

2. I will almost certainly not get the appropriate # of essential vitamins and minerals in my diet.

3. I will end the week looking back open-mouthed at what a crazed whirlwind it has been, and begin making lists before looking down the barrel of the next one.

4. I'll take some time to sit down for a minute or two [with a beer, it is to be hoped ;~)]& bullshit on Mudcat.
