I posted it last night to our local MacGeek list -- and have been getting e-mails thanking me for letting them know help is available for their parents, spouse, siblings. It's a public service (and one of the funniest pieces I've seen in a long time).

But, BTW, I have several friends in their 80s with their own websites. (And a 70-something mother who is not only terrified of computers, but has trouble figuring out a tape recorder that's been set up by my sister or her VCR.)
