Barry, the last time I bought any, I was told they no longer used "Grade A" or "Grade B" but "Light Amber" and "Dark Amber." The label on the stuff I bought says simply "Dark Amber." The place is about 8 miles east of me, and they make it there. I got to walk through the shed where they were boiling it down, and the smell was just wonderful! The sugaring should start later this month.
