Oooh, Norton1 (Steve) : another happy mandolin player ! IanB has just loaned me his spare mandolin and it's great. What a delight to be able to pick something up and get a reasonable tune out of it straight away. Having struggled with the guitar for around three quarters of my life, this is brilliant. I can't put the thing down !
