Barry thanks for all that fascinating information on maple syrup! At the Tunbridge Worlds Fair in Vermont every year they sell soem of the best maple syrup products you can buy. They will sell PURE (not blended) maple sugar candy freshly made and the "seconds" are reduced in price! (but just as yummy) They also make maple sugar cotton candy and maple-frosted yeast donuts with REAL maple in the frosting (unlike the ersatz fake stuff from Dunkin' Donuts).
