Location: Stony Stratford, Bucks

Main Venue: York House, London Road (large building next door to Peugeot dealership). This will be the main centre of ongoing activities throughout the weekend, and also the venue for indoor camping on Fri & Sat nights

Friday 8th February
Noon onwards - Arrival and 'Meet & Greet' in York House (large building next door to Peugeot dealership). Some food will be available, plus a barrel of 'Frog Island Shoemaker' (beer cannot be sold, but donations appreciated).

Activities will continue at York House throughout Friday evening

Alternatively:
8.30pm - Bill Jones concert at the Song Loft, Cock Hotel (arrival around 8pm advised - no pre-booking of tickets possible).

Saturday 9th
10am - York House. Meeting chaired by Gareth to discuss weekend arrangements/fundraising.
Lunch - Fox and Hounds. (Two sittings - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - see message above for menu details)
2pm - Afternoon session at The Crown, Market Square
Evening - Impromptu ceilidh at York House.

Sunday 10th
12 noon - Regular lunchtime session at the Vaults Bar, Bull Hotel until 3pm
3pm - Departure
