Check the Search help page (click) again. On the side of the window, you will find a bar, with arrows that point up and down. If you move the bar down, you can read more than the first paragraph of the search help page. If you actually read what is on the page, you will find all sorts of tips on searching.
If you cannot read, I cannot help you.
I'm really getting tired of this.
However, I will admit that there is a better search help instruction page available. It's basically the same page, but with the stuff about the "Verity" search engine deleted. I'll see if we can get it posted.
