Smokers versus Drinkers?

That's an interesting concept!

If we were to have a fight to the finish between smokers and problem drinkers, it would eliminate most of the undesirables in this town! If it were to happen worldwide, it would completely cure the overpopulation problem, and greatly improve air quality, plus reduce traffic accidents and public brawling to a tolerable minimum.

I'm all for it.

We could provide smokers and drinkers who feel superior to one another with a handy area of empty land...like the Australian outback...and have 'em go to it. Those who both drink AND smoke (which is most of them, I think) could just indiscriminately attack whomever they pleased or switch sides at random, until they ran out of foes to fight...by which time the basic problem would be pretty much solved.

Funny no one has ever suggested this before, eh? :-)

Some other possible pairings off: Democrats vs. Republicans, Snowmobilers vs. Jetskiers, Rappers vs. Heavy Metalers, Televangelists vs. Pornographers, Lawyers vs. Life Insurance Salesmen, Dear Abby vs. Ann Landers...

Really, the possibilities are endless.
