Don, I am NOT tyring to give you a hard time-- but really asking--Wouldn't it make sense to have an overall plan before making the CD? I mean, wouldn't the marketing approach tend to have something to do with how it's put together? And would that give the band a boost to know that once the CD is done there is a plan for what to do with it?
Do people who've done this over time tend to go "planless" for the first one and then get more organized with subsequent projects? Or is it more usual that the CD itself is the main focus?
