No, it's not another Presidential story, but a scurrilous half remembered song which concerns a man with a "Great big la-di-da-di-da-di-dum"

Last verse goes:

He was buried in the church at La-di-da-di-da,
And his gravestone it was very la-di-dum.
It read "Here lies La-di-da, and in the next grave down but one
Lies his great big la-di-da-di-da-di-dum."

The innocent amongst us will, of course, understand that the unfortunate fellow has a big nose...
