Subject: RE: JOE OFFER Come Back To Us, All Is Forgiven
Hey, Sandy! My grandma was an Ewing. I've a great little book on the "Ewing Clan of Scotland". Are still in touch with that guy? I've just been getting into the genealogy thing this year.

Thanks to all of you for whetting my appetite for MUDSTOCK 99. I can't wait, but I'll have to have cheat sheets of lyrics. I'll never catch up to your guys' years of experience and have even a smidgen memorized by then. Is there one book I could get, that you all won't groan about, or can you just recommend a top 50 or 100 list to print from the DT? No problem with the tunes, 'cause I've got a good ear and LOVE to harmonise! If I get the fiddle practised enough, I'll bring it, too. I've got a beautiful old thing, from the turn of the century (last, that is). Anybody have an extra bodhran? I do have good rhthym and have a Native American drum which looks like a bodhran and which I try to play like one.

Your descriptions of this weekend, each Mudcatter who was there, and how you felt bring it all to vivid life. Thanks for the technicolour postings, everyone!
