The song/recitation about the invisibility cloak was one of several Les Barker works in evidence over the weekend. I don't have the particular book containing that one, but obviously someone there did- was it Ms Liz?

It was a lovely weekend, and I feel i have met some new friends, as has happened at every Mudcat gathering I have been to. An interesting selection of music and a lot of talent, wonderful singing and playing in a variety of styles, recitations (good man yerself Adrian!) and appalachian dancing from Kay. One of the highlights for me was in the Crown on Sunday lunchtime when Kay wanted to dance but we had no instrumentalists available: Kay suggested she could dance to South Australia (no she didn't really go that far) so long as it was fast enough... Wonderful!
