Early on in your posts you were indulging in a bout of self pitying nonsense viz big = unattractive . Please don't buy in to that media hype. Be what you chose to be. If you are happy with the size that you are, and it's not causing you health problems, don't let others brainwash you into feeling apologetic about it. The media may go gaga over skinny women but most men don't. If you FOR YOU want to lose weight then change your lifestle and do so, cos short term diets don't keep the weight off.
