Cardiff is dead, unless you count the Ruff ceilidhs and the Ruff dance club in Llandaff, & the BBC club which is off limits to non-media types. I am not sure about the Blues open stage in Penarth. Don't forget Pontyclun, Wed, the Windsor and a few other session type doos there. The have Chris Moreton soon.
Guest Ian if you are up in the North of wales there was a site run by a Huw but I lost the link and am not sure now but Llandudno has a few sessions and possibly still a club.
