I'm a big fan of both Maybelle Carter and John Hurt, Candy Man being one of my first finger-picking adventures too many years ago to admit! Now I lean more towards Blind Boy Fuller, Kokomo Arnold, Lemon Jefferson, Skip James, and Charlie Patton. Watch your e-mail. Hopefully we can compare notes (no pun intended) on some of these guys.
