I have the same problem with the FAQ! If you have a specific problem, just use the help forum, just click on the top right hand corner of any page.I think this is another problem with internet TV, I can't read long threads (anything longer than about 100 makes my system freeze up, it sometimes makes a long beeeeeeeeep type noise then I just reset it.
