An amazing history of an amazing instrument. Couple of little details may be wrong though. Apparently Ronnie Reno, when he was quite young (although old enough to be playing in Don and Red's band) shut the case on Bill's F-5, busting the scroll.

Also it's interesting to to note that quite a few of Bill's recordings were NOT done on that particular instrument.....but it's almost impossible to tell just from listening. Much of it's sound was in the man himself.
