Many moons ago I heard Steve Goodman himself do it on a TV program and busted a gut laughing. Wish I could remember the program because it was a funny and kinda' strange thing too. Must have been PBS. Very loosely produced and directed. It was Steve Goodman, Hoyt Axton, and Arlo together...what a group!
