I have had them for about 6 months now and they have been simply fantastic to me service-wise. I had a few problems at first that they took care of quickly and I have never had better relations by phone with any computer support people then I've had with theirs. The service works great and their support has been wonderful......Which is why I find Sins' problems kinda' upsetting. They've been nothing but fantastic to me. Mark Cohen is on RR too and so are a few other 'Catters.
