To be fair, the technicians who come here are first rate. I am not thrilled with their Customer Service people who twice switched me to Tech Service without warning me - the 30 minute delays. The third time I called, I didn't give them an opportunity to switch me. I demanded someone come to the house - that must be a phrase they are told to honor. Next day I had three technicians here.
Everyone I know who has Roadrunner loves it. That's why I gave it a try. I need to upgrade my computer anyway - it is 3 years old. So if that is what is necessary , I will do it. But meantime I have less than I started with - very frustrating.

This past week makes AOL actually look good. And i promise - once this is all worked out, I will update you.
