That waiting time while the pint is pulled is sacred,it is the time where we commune with the Gods, our souls and occasionally our companions, a time for reflection and gratitude and the contemplation of the evening to come.I have a theory that the reason the Irish are such a philosophical and patient nation is all down to the pouring time of a REAL guiness.There'll be tears before bedtime should this come to pass.
