I've been given a Kay Hawaiian guitar which was owned by a late friend who died in his mid-90s. It's a fine looking instrument with arched top and bottom. The neck is secured with a big thumb screw into the neck from inside and there is a curved adapter of ebony between the neck and the body. There is a label, Kay Instrument co., chicago.
