Sick as a dog today....but not too sick to go YEAHHHHH!

Puhleeze grant me one wish oh hockey Gods.....let them get RID of that RED line in the NHL (won't happen I know) and we can have exciting hockey ALL the time!

They won't get rid of it 'cause it would eliminate the role of "Goons" and tough guys...and probably result in far fewer fights. Right now almost every team has a "third line" comprised of hard asses, with little speed. With the freewheeling Olympic style these guys would be left in the dust (or shavings). I think North American fans would quickly grow to like it.
