Dispense with guilt Trevor. If you boldly use a wordsheet and give the impression that its perfectly OK to use it then probably everyone else will assume you're correct to do so. I used to worry about it a lot - but in the scheme of things it doesn't really matter does it - its how you perform that matters. If you do better with then don't feel compelled to do without.
