Attachments. Norton AntiVirus (which I keep updated) usually nails a virus coming in. Big red "VIRUS ALERT!" banner. When that happens, I note who the e-mail came from and if it's someone I know, I notify them. If NAV doesn't flag an attachment, I save it to a floppy and scan it with NAV. If NAV says it's clean, I go ahead and open it. Attachments are too good a way to send documents, photos, and other materials not to use.I've been shot at a couple of times, but NAV is like Kevlar BVDs. Get a good antivirus utility and update it frequently.
