Dicho, I have MSIE 5. I suspect it has something to do with my character set but it's a bigger pain to try to figure out than not being able to read some characters.

Whoops - had to try something, and it worked. I set the font (for not-otherwise specified) to Tahoma, and the character appeared. (Arial, Lucida, and Times New Roman didn't work.)
