Sharon, my recollection is that you begin with left arm extended, hand facing palm out toward audience, rotating in clockwise direction. Right arm comes next, counterclockwise. Then left leg/foot, raised off ground and circling in same direction; then the right. Then head moving side to side. Then the "YESSSSSSS!" I've seen Bill Wellington include it in concerts, but I vaguely recall that I actually learned it from someone else, in which case Bill's version may differ from the above.
