In the version I've heard on the radio, the chant has a couple of variations, thrown into one round or another by the speaker to break up the monotony: "Five little kids" instead of "five kids"; "Joe!" or "Umm, Joe..." instead of "Hey, Joe!"; "I said, 'Not really' " instead of "I said, 'No' ".
