Thanks for the posts. I've done it in summer camp, and I need some affirmation before I do it with my music students. True to the folk process, I have a different last line and these motions. My boss say "Good, push this button", and I mime pushing a button with my right hand. The next time through its "kick this lever (left foot)", then "turn this dial (left hand)" then "ring this bell (forehead)". I've seen people incorporate ears, tongues, toes and the like before the last resounding YESSS!
