I heard this on our local NPR, yesterday, and they do not have their playlist up, yet, so I don't know the name of the band. It was what I think of as "non-obnoxious" bluegrass and was a fairly catchy/funny song. One of the lines I remember was about marrying his favourite gal, thinking he'll be coming home to a nice cooked meal and instead she greets him sweetly then hits him over the ehad with a rolling pin.
The repeated lines throughout are something about "this crazy modern world" and, when he's done paying alimony and support, he won't have to work so hard.
If I heard correctly, the title of the song, (This?)Crazy Modern World, is also the album title, but I couldn't find it in the usual places. Not sure if it's even been released, yet.
Anyway, thanks if you can help.
