Alcopops, illicit canned liquor, cheap wine, uncaring boozy parents, criminal offlicence owners, Lack of civic and national pride, lack of youth-centred facilities, mindless sectarianism, ingestion of vehicle exhausts contaminated by still-legal lead brain-addling additives [oh, yes!!]. All miscreants aren't exposed to ALL of these, but all are affected by some of them . Tragedy is the only word to describe it.....
