Apologies if I'm dim, but...

Loads of references are made here and in various books, to tunes being "varients of Dives and Lazarus."

Some works mention its ubiquity.

I've listened to the DT midi file, and it doesn't sound like anything I know.

Where am I going wrong?

Any pointers to recorded material (net based if possible) would be appreciated.
