Some of you might like to know that the Alan Lomax' Prestige recordings will be released on 12 (!) CDs under the title 'Southern Journey', containing pre-world -war-2 blues, country, gospel and folk. The first 6 CDs are already (said to be) available. Amongst other things, all the Prison Songs are also gonna be released later on 2 CDs. The whole collection is acompanied by a CD called 'The Alan Lomax Collection Sampler'.
