I've run into quite a few sites where the page you want blocks the save functions. Right clicking on the page shows the "save-as" function not available.

Sometimes, if you back out to the index page - or "the page where you clicked to open" what you wanted, you can "right click on the clicky" and select "save target as" and get the thing.

I use IE, but I would expect that other browsers would be similar.

The "disabled save" is very common for pdf files, and I've run into it fairly often with midis. "Save target" using a link from somewhere else almost always works.
