The Digital Tradition set is from North Carolina, U.S.A.: PRETTY SUSIE, THE PRIDE OF KILDARE
The song seems to have been quite widespread in tradition, having been found in Ireland, the U.S.A. and Canada; it was perhaps most popular in England. There are quite a few broadside examples at Bodleian Library Broadsides; here is a link to one:
Pretty Susan the pride of Kildare Printed between 1827 and 1847 by J. Wheeler and J. Livsey, "Sold at the Cheap Song Mart, 43 Hanover-st. [below] Wheeler, Printer, 9, Whittle-st. Oldham-st [Manchester]". Another broadside song, Poor Rosa the Pride of the Vale, was sung to the same tune.
