Bill D.---you're right, it IS sad that in this day & age people still feel thay have to segregate themselves (by gender or other criteria) in order to feel safe & supported. I have a husband & 3 sons I love dearly, and many male friends as well; I suppose if pressed I'd say that I'm a feminist, but that hardly seems to need acknowledging in the 3rd millenium! The idea that being pro-female means being anti-male is just ludicrous, but too many people still look at things that way; no progress can ever be made with that attitude!
