Nigel - not picky at all, at all. But unless I'm mistaken, it's a regional Irish aberration -- Dublin Cockney??--pronunciation of the letter H, standing alone, as "haitch". E.g., the Haitch-blocks. P.Haitch Pearse, martyr of 1916. Etc. Attempt to be cutesy about that was the only reason (and a lame one it is) I 'expanded' HTML. Now if I'm wrong about the Haitch colloquialism in the first place, well, my face is red. No, orange. Whatever.
