Twin Oaks is a plain, unadorned, hippie commune, that has been working for decades, the only one left, I believe, who can still make that claim. They are a world-class manufacturer of those hammocks, run their own dairy and all (the sound of the cows lowing while we were burying Dorian sounded exactly like pain, it was quite fitting), and are a community of tightly-knit relationships built out of human respect for other humans who respect other humans, basically. It's the best. A little lily-white for my taste, but the best of the best nonetheless. If any of you are moved to donate in Dorian's memory to anything, I'd like it to be them.
