If you are just looking for percussion to practise with then there are plenty of midis available on the 'net. Just download the midi file, then put it into any music notation program like Noteworthy, a shareware program which allows you to change the music, e.g. by muting the melody line or adding or deleting arrangements, and then you can print out the music notation, change the tempo for practising, transpose to other keys etc.

A demo version of
Noteworthy

is available here: http://www.ntworthy.com/

But it is cheap to buy and well worth it, too. (Usual disclaimers: no connection with the company, just a satisfied customer).

There are lots of midis of latin and other rhythms available if you do an Internet search.
