I've heard it's a myth that corned beef and cabbage are common in Ireland (not that you can't enjoy it if it's your tradition). I heard it was started by a big restaurant in Boston who decided to offer it on one St. Patrick's Day for no good reason, and it was so popular, they did it the next year and the next until nearly everyone decided to do it as well.Any ideas?
