ypour ISP has a low modem to customer ratio. In the UK the norm is that ISP's get a percentage of the call charge (if thaat is the deal) so there is incentive to get you paying for the call, but less incentive to connect you to intelligence (or a chat room other than this). If you are locked in to an ISP all you can do is SHOUT at them. Mine is getting like that - my e-mail is locked-in but not my surfing so I will vote with my perfect modem, never yet put a foot wrong cxv vdagas esre jj jo..........
